If you see a blank white or black screen with no error message after clicking on a video in the Humie app, there are a few factors that could be causing it. Often, this can be caused by a software update on your device. To fix it, you can first try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn’t work, we recommend updating to the latest version of the app via the App Store.
