Help CenterIf you’ve elected to only let your child see content marked as TV-Y and TV-G (appropriate for all children), the Humie home screen will not display any shows that are rated TV-Y7 (more appropriate for children over seven).
If you’d like to adjust what shows your child is able to see, you can do so by opening the app, going to the profiles page, and then clicking “Edit Profiles.” After answering a short question to confirm you are an adult, you’ll be able to adjust the parental controls for each account. Below, you ca see a list of the steps:
1. After logging in, click the name icon in the upper right hand corner to access the profiles page.
2. On the profiles page, click "Edit Profiles"
3. Click the profile you'd like to edit
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and make sure all relevant content control boxes are checked.
